Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for shopping with Synaptex Studios! We are a small team dedicated to getting your new favorite pieces to your door as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Times
Standard Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and pack your order.
Launch Days & Holidays: During high-volume periods (like a new collection drop), processing may take up to 5 business days. There may also be brief times when we will have a delay and will do our best to communicate these to you.
You will receive a notification email the moment your order is packed and ready to ship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx] to provide you with the most reliable service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, desired speed of deliver and the weight of your order.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, Squarespace will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in that email to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Missing or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will need to charge a re-shipping fee to send it out a second time.
International Shipping
We currently are not shipping internationally but are working on this. If you are interested in our products, please send us a message so we know where there is interest.
