How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at hello@synaptexstudios.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label if your request is approved.

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. After this window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

What items are "Returnable"?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (no perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains).

  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Are there any items that are "Final Sale"?

Yes. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear, Bodysuits, Earrings, and Intimates.

  • Any items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

  • Gift cards.

Is return shipping free? 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Note: Your bank may take additional time to post the transaction.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or different size.
