1. Introduction

Welcome to Synaptex Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Age: By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Accounts: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our apparel accurately. However, there is significant variability in screen color displays. 

  • Inventory: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. 

  • International Orders: We currently are not shipping internationally but are working on this.  If you are interested in our products, please send us a message so we know where there is interest. 

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Hygiene: For health reasons, certain items like [e.g., earrings, swimwear, or intimates] are non-returnable.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our website or designs without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Synaptex Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
